Fees vary depending on the type of services provided. At present, payments are accepted by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We require half of the total fee on the first day of the assessment, and the remaining half at the time of
the feedback session. Upon completion of the report, we will provide you with an itemized bill, which supplies the procedure and diagnostic codes that health insurance companies need in order to reimburse you.
